Buhari: APC government unfair to Nigerians – Senior Advocate, Ntufam Mba Ukweni
He equally asked the President to resume work if he were okay.
Ukweni who was speaking with DAILY POST in an interview on Tuesday said “The President is no more a private property of his immediate family or community but the property of the entire country.
“So, if he wanted to enjoy a private life, he should have stayed quietly in his home without becoming interested in public office, not just any other public office but that of No 1 citizen of the country, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“So whatever comment people are making about the people that are protesting, Nigerians need to know what is wrong with our President. It’s unfortunate comment, it doesn’t happen anywhere that the President we elected, to be our President is not well and we don’t know what is wrong with him, we don’t know his state of health?” the SAN regretted.
Consequently, Ntufam Ukweni pointed out that Nigerians had a right to know what was wrong with their President.
On claims by some government officials after visiting President Buhari in London, he said “the person who is well should resume office, but it’s shown clearly that they were telling themselves lies not Nigerians, because it has become clear that President is not well.
“The other day, they told us that the President was coming back the next day, up till now, we have not seen the President, the last time they said our President was abiding by the Doctor’s instruction.
